  • I am moving from Virginia to Arizona and found an apartment I loved on Hotpads. I immediately called On Q Property Management, as they were listed as the contact on the app. Kim McGill answered and as soon as I got off the phone with her, I knew this was a place I wanted to do business with. Kim was so nice, accommodating, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process by sending me small email updates. The updates were very comforting and a really nice touch! Within a few days I had my application reviewed and approved, and was able to mail in my deposit. I am excited to see how On Q Property Management helps me navigate my physical move, and will certainly write another review after the whole process is wrapped up at the end of July. Thank you, Kim and the On Q team, for helping make my cross country move possible! :)
