  • Let me first say that the customer service that we received here was top notch! Jaz (I believe that was the lady's name) helped us and the other gentleman helping out were both amazing. They made sure that our drinks were full and checked up on us regularly. They were also very accommodating considering that our 3 year old was knocked out and the husband had to carry her while he ate his meal. I felt like they took an extra step to make sure we were happy and our needs were met. Not only that, but they even gave each of us a to go cup of their lemonade, even though we only ordered one. I thought that was pretty cool of them. Now the only reason why I am giving them a 3 star rating is because I thought the food could have been better. A lot of their dishes were on the salty side. Like their collard greens, fried okra, and fried cabbage. My mother in law thought the same thing which is unfortunate cause we were both excited to try their greens. Not only that, but their chicken fried steak and shrimp were both hard, dry, and salty. However, my son's grilled pork chops were pretty good. They came out piping hot and juicy. Oh and their muffins were delicious! We kept asking for more muffins, they were that good. All in all, the experience itself was not bad. Like I said, the customer service that we received was great, but the food could have been better.
