  • One star for Joannes customer service tonight. The line to the registers is six people long and growing and One very exhausted looking cashier is working. Another employee just wandered up oblivious to the growing line and got on the phone. When someone asked the cashier to call for more clerks she said she can't until the other gal gets off the line. She hung up the phone and continued to ignore people walking right past her to the growing line. I put all of my stuff down and walked out
