The Optical department sucks. Extremely unprofessional. Customer service is terrible. My wife and I arrived 10 mins. early for our appointment. Filled out the paperwork and waited. No other customers in the place. A woman comes in complaining about her glasses. A walk in with no appointment. After waiting on the bench for another 25 minutes I asked what was going on and the staff at the desk said the so called "doctor" was with another client checking her prescription. I asked if it was the woman that came in with no appointment and they said yes. I said that not right to make us wait when we had an appointment. We walked out. My time is just as important as any of theirs. I called the so called "doctor" who manages the office and she lied saying the woman only wanted to ask a question behind closed doors. That was BS. Over 15 mins. to ask a question. Do not patronize these inconsiderate lying idiots. That is why we have appointments. Be honest with your customers. Thanks for wasting our time.
