I honestly can't say that I hated it. I hated the fact that my husband and I were on our way to a couple massage that I already paid for last week and they called and cancelled. I find it hard to believe that the therapist got sick less than 30 min before our appointment at 7pm and they are open until 10pm. What about the appointments for the rest of the night? I feel bad for the therapist that is there and lost our business. I guess if they paid their employees better then maybe another therapist would have came in to cover. I am going tomorrow to talk to the manager and ask for a refund, I hope they do the right thing. I also hope that other people who are looking forward to a special time to relax with their loved one for an hour away from the house and kids or recovering from an injury don't have this same experience.
