  • I bought a 1999 ford ranger with a recently replaced transmission from the shop owner Brian. I know nothing about trucks and simply needed an around town "beater" truck and I didn't have a lot of money. Based on everything I've read online a 1999 ford ranger is the truck I wanted due to cheap maintenance and reliability. I would have never bought a truck with 230k miles on it unless I felt comfortable with the person selling me the car. Needles to say they made me feel very comfortable so I decided to buy it at a fair market price. A week went by and the transmission died... this is where normally people get upset and can only blame themselves for buying an old truck and not knowing what they're getting themselves into just like I did. I went out on a limb and texted the shop. They responded immediately and took 100% ownership of the problem! Not only did they take the truck back and rebuild the transmission ***FOR FREE*** but they also did a free oil change and brake flush for my troubles!! Holy crap!!! Who does that?! how did I get this lucky?!!! I'm used to getting screwed on deals so this was a completely new experience for me. I hope this review helps future customers as this is how I made my decision when choosing to do business with this shop. I have regained faith in humanity. These guys have showed me that not everyone is out to screw you. I'm still speechless thinking about it and can't thank them enough. It's a solid 40 minute drive for me but rest assured all maintenance will be done at their shop!!!
