  • The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Let me roar about 38 years of superior ontime conscientious excellent service! We've gone through a couple of units in that time--they don't last forever. In particular, we had a 15 year old unit that was in need of major work. We didn't realize the warranty was still in effect. One Hour had all records. We did not pay a cent. Honest people. I would recommend them to anyone.
