I think it's great there is no where to leave a rating, probably so people don't see how many 1 stars you have, right? The manager lied to my husband and said that the camera recorded all the time so if there was a break in we could go back and see video. Well it only records when you set it too and for 3 minutes. Then he said that he wouldn't charge for installation. We just got slapped with a huge bill for installation. He also said 2 months for free. Well we got another bill in the mail for $130 when he said our bill would be $36 a month with everything. We tried to cancel because we are unhappy with everything and he was rude and told us we could never cancel. We informed him we know by law the company has to have one and continued to be rude and tell us no and to go ahead and get our attorney's involved. I'm sure upper management doesn't want a lawsuit on their hands. Understand, I am going to post this on as many social media places possibly because what he did was not right and no one seems to want to help fix it. So if I can make customers think twice about buying from y'all maybe something will get done about it.
