  • Nice folks but not the place you bring shoes of quality craftsmanship for repair. If you just need a new heel or tap- they can handle it. but I just got back my Kenzo kitten heel sling backs that needed a new elastic and instead of replacing the elastic with the quality of what was there-- namely a leather covered brown elastic seemlessly continuous with the leather strap, they replaced it with cheap uncovered common elastic. I dread actually wearing them to see how they fit now and what sort of blisters will result-- it's not even placed straight across...aaahhhh!
