  • I recently joined Yelp, thus a late review. We took some out-of-town friends here a couple years ago. We specifically chose this restaurant, innocently hoping we would have a great experience and meal. When you take out-of-towners to a restaurant, you want everything to go well: I expect good service and good food. We ordered our food and because we hadn't seen each other for a long time we were conversing. But after an hour, we didn't receive our food. We asked the waitress where our food was. Turns out she either forgot to place the order or it got lost. She wasn't apologetic and didn't seem to really care. I was really pissed off. The fries held us over until the food came. The whole experience could have been better if her attitude was even one iota apologetic. I don't recall if I asked for the manager. I don't recall if the food was good. The overall attitude toward us as customers was oblivion. Will not go back.
