rev:text	The person that signed me up straight up lied to me about my rate for child care because he knew I couldn't start it the day I signed up because my baby was too young. Of course I signed everything electronically then he printed it out and I noticed it was blank where it stated child care cost, so I asked him to put it in and he said there wasn't a way to put it in the contract but sure enough when I went I sign up my kids they said it wasn't possible to give me the rate he told me to seal the deal and he had switched gyms. I called him and he remembered it but said he couldn't give me that rate. Aside from that there are times when the kids club only has one staff and there are over 10 baby baby age kids in there. I don't think I they should be by themselves ever in kids club. They should have 2 staff minimum but don't. It is close to my house so I probably won't change but the sign up people will straight up lie to you to get your name signed and won't hold to their word, and the higher ups don't seem to mind I was lied to. Not a misunderstanding, just deceitful. I do like the girls in kids club but I feel bad they are sometimes alone. Gym is fun and I like some of the classes ** the other day in kids club there was one GUY working who I had never seen, holding a baby, kids crying, one girl had just ripped her diaper off...butt naked but since he was alone and holding a baby what the heck is he supposed to do? It is ridiculous to ever have one person working it because they do sometimes need to go get parents and things and yet daily there are certain hours only 1 person is on staff
