rev:text	So I had an oil change done here on my son's vehicle.The next day after having a oil change completed my son said that there's no windshield solvent I can't clean the windows. Not having any windshield solvent in my house I thought well what else did they not check so I can't fulfill this myself what are the fluids heavy not checked. Not wanting to leave a voicemail for the local Meinicke late at night I cited to communicate with them over email through the website. After detailing all that transpired and what was expected I received a phone call from corporate which appears to be in California telling me that they spoke to the local facility and advise them that we were bringing the car back in to have the fluids topped off. My son brought the car in and said I need to have the fluids replenished. The staff didn't understand what that meant. My son had his receipt with them at the time so they asked to see it. I look at the receipt somehow they thought I need to have the water pump replaced the antifreeze flushed and the brake fluid flushed. My son didn't know what that meant flushing of fluids if not replenishing fluid since that's what you asked for May of been similar in mechanics speak. Brent at the mechanics office the local mechanic Meinicke called to tell me that they were going to flush the fluids replaced the water pump I said I know that's not what's needed we just had an oil change we say the fluids topped off that they were checked. Brent advised me no we don't do that sir I referenced the website stating that it says you top off the fluids on your website within oil change and when I called corporate they said to bring the car back in to have the fluids topped off. He then stated I'm sorry but we don't do that. My reply was OK I'll come pick up the vehicle. Two minutes later Adam the regional manager calls and is rather rude with me thing how wrong my son or I was there we we asked for what they were going to do. After some verbal dialogue between the two of us going back-and-forth he told me to come get my car off his lot. Trust me this will be the last time any of my vehicles will be on his lot
