  • Please explain to me why Bank of America continues to build new banks and understaffs them. This is my second BofA in two days and both days I have walked in with atleast 9 people in line and only 1 teller. The drive up is closed and they have one personal banker in her Office on the phone. Perhaps it's time to move to Wells Fargo where they respect your time and have enough employees to handle the need.
