  • Would like to thank Michael Okada for the help with our car. We were out of town and had some car trouble with our Volkswagen. The key would not remove and stop the car. I called AAA and got an ETA which they met! Michael was our mechanic and met us at our hotel parking lot. He turned on his lights on his truck and searched for us. I was worried it was such a big parking lot he would not find us. Michael was very helpful and tried his best to fix our car. It was something only the dealership could have fixed. It was 10PM and Michael did everything he could to help us with the tools and knowledge he had. He disconnected the battery and removed a fuse to stop our car. He gave us ice cold water bottles and made sure we understood what we need to do to get home. Michael was kind enough to give us an adjustable crescent wrench to get us back home. He didn't have to, but he did. Thank you so much Michael. We will both pass on your kindness.
