  • I had tried Chang before.... but never felt welome or appreciated here. Bygones. I tossed a coin and decided to give Ping Pang Pong a shot! Every ecpectation wa exceeded! First of all.... it is inside the Gold Coast Resort....one of those festive place this the locals frequent. So much more exciting as you face the casino floor. Who wouldn't LOVE that? Dim Sum is just served at lunch and I arrived two hours early. It waa full but not crowded. This was the best part.... limited cart service that day ONLY. Poor pitiful little me had to only order the dim sum favorites I live for! , hicken feet were the largest I had ever enjoyed! I poued the fatty juices over the sticky rice from the THREE huge banana leaf rolls. The braised oxtails were almost bone free and fork tender. Honestly.... each of the 15 or so man hunks waa almost two inches across. I wrapped up this unforgettable feast with the mango puddig. Not overly sweet and mouthfulls of tropical flavour. I can not wait to get back in February!
