| - I am beyond angry right now! I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and have now decided to cut ties with this place. Typically, I enjoy the sessions and have found Maria, who in my opinion is an excellent therapist, yet the office staff and customer service aspect leaves much to be desired. During a time when Maria was unavailable, I was referred to another therapist, who by the information I was given, was well versed in deep tissue massage. Absolutely not the case! My issue today is regarding the monthly charge for my account. I had signed up to receive a discounted rate, by having them bill my card monthly. I was absolutely OK with that, yet during an additional appointment last month, my fiance had paid using his card. The office girl, selected to have his card replace mine-as I have been told by Amanda. I guess the buttons to do a one time charge and replace card information are right next to each other. I am so not OK with that! I signed up, he did not and there is no valid reason why that change should have been made, other than lack of training or just plain carelessness! Either way, I have requested a refund to his card, cancelled my subscription, and cancelled my next week appointment! Done!!!
