  • Don't waste your time trying to buy or pawn anything here. The employees are too busy NOT working. It's pretty darn sad that the security guard is the ONLY guy who says hello/goodbye to you. NO customer service skills whatsoever! Walking in, there were 5 employees in sight, none of whom greeted us once! Two of the females were on their cell phones and never looked up. I have no idea who the manager of this un-fine establishment is but he or she is doing a crappy job. For all I know this individual was one of those I saw or they were in the back "working". Either way, what a crappy store, crappy experience and terrible customer service. All we wanted to do was look around and possibly buy something - we didn't have anything to pawn/sell. That was a positive thing because we would have died of old age before anyone in this place decided to use their brain and help us. Find another pawn shop people!
