  • Great service and would highly recommend, especially to those parents who have a student at UNCC. It's difficult to know who to trust when they are away, but AAA came through again. My daughter's vehicle broke down on a Sunady night and AAA was there in 30 minutes. We had it towed to this location and they called me first thing Monday morning. Come to find out the 12 year old SUV had a bad battery cable and the 2 year old battery was bad. They went above and beyond in working with Advance Auto where I purchased the battery, to get a new one at no charge and had the car ready for my daughter that afternoon. James Newman is to be commended for his personal service by staying in contact with me throughout the day to let me know the car's status.
