rev:text	I dont usually post reviews on yelp but after seeing some of the reviews that were posted about Chapel Hill Apartments i wanted to give my input on my overall experience at this apartment complex about the staff the apartment the grounds and the maintenance. I moved in to Chapel Hill apartments recently. My experience has been great!!!!!!!!!! I love my apartment. The washer is large the dryer works great!!!!!!!! The appliances are good. The apartment size is quite large compared to others i have looked at. The apartments have nice floors and carpet. The walls are painted nicely and not just plain white. The pool is fabulous and clean !!!! The Office staff and the management are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The maintenance personnel are awesome. My neighbors are great and the grounds are clean well maintained i have never seen trash around and the plants grass and bushes are well taken care of. The pool and BBQ are awesome! The pool is always very clean. The apartments have events and pool parties with great giveaways for the residence. It is a great community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very happy living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seen there is a post on here that someone finds my review funny :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My review is truthful and i have had no bad experiences here !!!!!!!!!! This is a problem with yelp people seem to find a pleasure in posting negativity on yelp about a bad experience i completely understand this but why not appreciate with a positive review. Its truly amazing what happens when you let go of all the negativity
