  • I usually don't go to big chain stores for grooming because my boy, Karl, has kennel anxiety, but I was in a pinch. I am SO glad I went to this PetSmart! Trisha was/is the first and only groomer that Karl has ever gone back and kissed in the 3 years I've had him. He loved her and kept going back to her. Usually he is pressed up against the door to leave, but Trisha has some sort of special quality. Thank you, Trisha. :-)
