I am writing this review to let others know to shop around before buying from Western Honda. This is the first time I have dealt with them, and I was impressed with their personnel. But - I made the mistake of trusting them about the demo bike I purchased and I don't believe they made a thorough enough inspection and prep of this bike before they sold it to me. I discovered - after I got it home - that there were several things they had overlooked. The tail and brake lights were not working - the front tire was at half the air pressure it should be ( and seemed more worn that it should be for the 1,000 miles the bike had on it ) - and the 'cap nut' that helps hold the shifter pivot bolt in was missing ( that is one of the reasons I was having a little trouble shifting ). Also - I found several noticeable scratches on each of the tailpipes near the bottom sides of them. These were easy to miss at first glance. My point is - I shouldn't of been surprised by these in the first place - the bike should of been completely ready for me when I bought it. And they should of known about the scratched up exhaust pipes and disclosed it to me before I signed the papers. Although - I got a pretty good discount on the base price for this bike because of it being a Demo - I later found out that I could of bought a brand new bike of this same model and year for only couple hundred dollars more from one of their competitors. So, for me - it was "Buyer's remorse" - mainly because I jumped to buy it a little sooner than I should of.
