| - I had a recent experience that would normally have me RUNNING! I did have to RUN after it was over as I was 1 hour late running to the wedding of my nephew! I do my own hair, nails, make up, lashes- regularly... I wanted to relax and be treated, have a bit of a different look for the day...
*I do not want to run through ALL of my issues here, but want to say the service that day for hair and make up was a 1 star-
*The resolution I received from Nicki was handled great! And I give her a good 3 stars for that.
Inexperience and abilities; timing issues; no retail help for the floor, too much of my participation needed; these are all teaching experiences... I feel a bit 'learned' on which should only happen in a teaching school salon, but again, the appropriate response, respect and attention was given to me when I went back to the management. Resolution and customer service is not a common thing, and I believe in giving applause for doing the right thing.
4 or 5 stars would have included- not having to return to that location for a resolution/refund; having to spend my time to begin with going through the process itself, the service itself and then taking time from my holiday to deal with this after the fact!
I made it to the wedding, but with no extra time at the beginning...
