  • I wish that I could give this company 0 stars. I have been in my new apartment for several days and still have not been able to get a hold of this company because the lines are always busy. It is chilly outside and my water is unbearably cold to the point of not being able to even shower. I have called several times a day over the passed week and have not been able to get through to them because the lines are always too busy. I have become so impatient with this company. If I could choose a different company for my service I would. I am so disappointed. I just want to be able to make myself some food and take a hot shower!!!!
