  • My fiancĂ© and I have lived at Mesa Cove have l for about 6 months now and have felt welcomed since day one! From Our first encounter w/ Jeremy and Sarah in the leasing office to Mark and the rest of the crew in the maintenance department. They all are very polite and professional in executing luxury top knotch service in which I was expecting in this beautiful well maintained community. I especially want to highlight Mark on the maintenance team for his prompt responses to our maintenance request. No matter how little or ginormous our request are, he always makes sure they get fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. In fact there was one time when I put in my request at the leasing office for a leaking garbage disposal as I was on my way driving to my home and before I could get my groceries out of my car and situated in my house, Mark was already knocking on my door with his tools ready to repair my disposal in which ended up having to replace. Surprisingly the whole process took all of less than 30 min. And I was truly impressed! Now that's what you call excellent service!
