  • Management is terrible, office is consistently opening late and closing early making it difficult to speak with manager or pick up packages. Rent is expensive for community that is not controlled by management at all. Community "quiet hours" are a joke and are not enforced, leaving rude residents free to party through all hours of the night without being reprimanded by the office. BUT, they will threaten to fine you if you leave a trash bag outside your front door for more than 30 minutes while cleaning, and don't feel like walking each bag to the dumpster every time you fill one up. The walls in the bathroom are thin/share some type of exhaust and you can smell your neighbors second hand smoke. Our bathroom constantly smells of stale cigarettes and weed. This is a problem considering the closet is also in the bathroom. The only positive to the complex are the maintenance workers who show up very fast, do a great job, and are extremely courteous. If I wanted to feel like I was living in the University/college apartments I would live there and it would be much cheaper than almost 1300 a month.
