  • I've used them multiple times for my house AC needs and rental properties. They've always been able to come out within a few hours of calling, which is huge in the summer Arizona heat. They've addressed the problems to get everything working again each time. One experience required them to come out twice which was disappointing because I had to pay twice for different but related problems. Their pricing is a little high in my opinion for some repairs, but they fix it. I had them also replace a whole AC unit and it was a great positive experience, thus I've continued to use them. They came over and did it all in one day and it was a fair price for the unit I got. Also I bundled it with 0% financing until 2019, so that was a plus!
