  • Was a member since day 1, subscriber for years. Wrote a letter asking how they chose their question of the day because they keep posting they need new questions and the ones they post are not interesting to the majority of people. After months, received a snotty, unprofessional response from Jessica Roe who has such thin skin she took my question as a personal insult to her. If the shoe fits...........some people will never, ever get what Customer Service means and she is at the top of the list. Will now unsubscribe.
