  • This place is a joke. I called to get name tags made for my office staff, and spoke to someone named Steven. He seemed somewhat helpful over the phone and wanted me to email what I needed to his email personally for faster service. However instead of sending it over email I stopped by to see what the name tags looked like. I asked the man there if his name was Steven and he shook his head no, okay so I figured out what I wanted and mystery man asks me to email him a picture of my logo and names. So I sent an email of what I wanted and he sends a proof back to me however it wasn't what I was looking for so I asked him to make 2 small changes but he said he won't make those changes and send me a proof until I make a payment. It seems absolutely insane to make a payment before I can see what I'm buying. I have 19 other agencies in Las Vegas and was hoping to send business here but looks like we will have to go else where. OH AND BTW MYSTERY MAN WAS STEVEN, I asked him why he said his name wasn't Steven when I went in person and he said "oh we were joking." Don't quit your day job Steven your jokes aren't funny!
