| - Your cusomer service hotline is a joke, so I'm hoping this will get your attention. As of right now I have been on hold for 45 minutes for an apparently NON existent representative. Last year I called and asked to cancel my membership because the 24 hr fitness next to my work was Elite and I was not allowed access. The rep asked me to suspend it for a spell in case anything changed and it made sense at the time, so I obliged. He also told me I would be contacted before the suspension was lifted. I never was, so my husband and I have been paying double, for God knows how long now (but I know your billing department does) so for 6 +weeks - since I noticed the discrepancy, I've been trying to call you, different times, different days, always "high call volume" Never an answer. This is BS. I've also sent multiple emails to your bogus "contact us" link, and no luck there either. I want a refund for the extra gym fees that I should not be paying, since I know the records will show I have not been able to go. So if someone doesn't reach out to me soon regarding this situation my next step is the Better Business Beaureau, I'm no stranger to it, because I've reported shady on line companies to them in the past and they do investigate, especially when it has to do with money. Please message me so this can be fixed.
