My boyfriend and I came to Brio, already lovers of the chain restaurant (townsquare our favorite pick), thinking it would be the same great experience. In the beginning we were told 30-40 minute wait and since it's Homecoming weekend in Vegas, we understood and the lady manager took my name and handed me a pager. We sat RIGHT OUTSIDE and waited not long after were pleasantly surprised that another woman manager with a bun came up to us with a flatbread to take a piece while we waited. We were so grateful that she not only offered us a snack, but thanked us for waiting. Patronage is a huge thing in local restaurants and being thanked for waiting is a rare commodity.
Well an hour passes and we finally get up And walk inside. We ask how much longer to be told they were paging us for 15 mins?? Apparently they gave us a broken pager that was fully lot and functional. Thanks to the First Lady manager. We're surprised at this considering there were 4 hostesses and 2 managers, not one of them would've walked outside to call our name?
At that point they handed my boyfriend a new charger and expected us to wait more. At that point I walked over to the bar and say down. THANK THE SERVING GODS for Kelly at the bar because she made up for my irritated and highly agitated night. 2 stars is for her and her ONLY. No more Tivoli Village Brio for us.
