  • I used to work on Shaker Square and have been to this shop several times and every time I've had an issue with the woman that works there. I had even sworn off shopping there but I was recently on a special shopping trip with my 4 year old that was supposed to be fun and this woman was able to ruin it just like she always has. She is downright rude and nasty. Twice now she has even made very demeaning comments to me when I asked for assistance. It is true that they have a great selection of toys but her horrible attitude just kills the experience. I would never spend my money in such a place again. If you go, just see for yourself....
