  • I moved in October 16, and moved out in February 17. I broke my lease due to negative experiences with the leasing staff and the grounds. Not only were they rude, the grounds were not kept up, the police were at the complex every other night, my unit was broken into by a Tuscany Palms employee, water leak from a old water heater in a updated unit that resulted with a sloppy fix up, and I had black mold with mushrooms growing out of my carpet. My dog ingested it, and they took zero responsibility for the vet costs. Lea, Adrianna, and Liz need to be evaluated.
