  • Terrible customer service!!!!!! I was kept waiting for 25 minutes while the salesman kept chatting with non-customers. I explained to one of the staff that I had to leave for a flight and just wanted a watch sized that was given to me as a gift. When it was finally sized he came back with such rude comments saying how fake it was. So incredibly unprofessional. Jewelry wasn't impressive either. Don't waste your time in this store.
