  • I go to the bay at sq1 to buy my boys clothing as they only wear Polo Ralph Lauren...pretty decent store overall. ....however the customer care in the kids department sucks! Never no one to help but the lousy cashier...her name tag read GAIL...it shud read FAIL!...She never understands any if the sales or how to enter the VIP coupons...and get this she us never apologetic always very rude for and elderly woman...I went there to purchase a RL suit for my 10yr old boy for a church service and tried to avoid having a confrontation with old Gail I proceeded to the register in women's lingerie...old Gail came running to that cashier and in the presence of me scolded the cashier and told her to make sure she charged for a 2 piece suit as seperate pieces...which the cashier already did and already bagged...I never felt so offended in my entire life I felt I was basically called a thief...spoke to the store manager all he did was said..."I am sorry" really? I now shop at York dale mall for my kids clothing...sq1 u have lost a very valuable ?L client...I am in the process of writing a letter to RL head office....GAIL YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!
