  • I love steakhouses, steak, and different kinds of steak. What I love about Prime by Jean Georges, is that's its consistently good, which isn't the case with a lot of steakhouses. The service is always top notch, the dining room has a classy steakhouse feel to it, and it overlooks the beautiful Bellegio fountains. I tend to stick to the Rib Eye but the Fillet is also excellent and tender, and you can't really fo wrong with any of the starters. Been there many times and will continue to do so whenever I'm staying at the Bellagio. Never had a bad meal there.
