  • I scheduled an appointment with Nyah's to come to my home in Ahwatukee and groom my 2 dogs. An hour before they arrived they cancelled saying the owner was on the phone crying with her sister and he didn't think she would be able to finish the day. We rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday I had to work so I rescheduled with him for Friday which he said wasn't a problem. One hour before they were to arrive on Friday he texted and cancelled saying while the groomer was map questing my home she realized she had to leave early that day. That was it. He did not attempt to reschedule me a 4th time and I have had no further correspondence with them. He basically cancelled and left it at that. I believe they do not travel to Ahwatukee even though this was the first thing I verified with them when I called them initially. After our initial conversation (because they sound amazing on the phone) I referred a neighbor to them. Today was her appointment. They did not show up nor did they even bother to call to cancel her. Horrible business practice. We cannot even speak to the job they do because they simply will NOT show up! If you live in Ahwatukee hire them at your own risk.
