  • Tonight we had the opportunity to enjoy the CLO's Toxic Avenger at the Cabaret at Theater Square. What a great show it was! The five main cast members were fabulous! They continually changed costumes and character roles throughout this fast paced performance. Evan Ruggerio (who we enjoyed as the pied piper in Shrek the Musical) was the main character in this show. It was amazing how well he was able to maneuver the stage and steps with his prosthetic leg! The music (performed live by three musicians) was excellent. The singing was great and the jokes were extremely funny. It was such an enjoyable evening! The theater itself is small and comfortable. Guests sit at small round tables, some at floor level and some elevated. For this performance, the stage wrapped around the sides of the theater. It's easy to see from wherever you are seated. Food and beverage service is available at all of the tables. The acoustics are great. I look forward to attending future events at the Cabaret at Theater Square!
