  • Good luck dropping anything off. There is one woman working there, who is there a lot, who refuses most of our packages for various reasons; some of her reasons have included the kind of tape used, the kind of box used, the graphics or artwork on the box and once for a dirty box (reused) that was a return. We bring them in labeled and ready to ship. We can take them to any other FedEx location without changing one thing and they're accepted, shipped and arrive perfectly... no problems. We follow the FedEx packing guidelines from their website. Nowhere there or anywhere on the website does it prohibit what she is trying to say is prohibited. It's annoying.
