  • okay, I will change this review if they make it right, but I'm seriously irritated... We bought a tuff spa at the SD Fair after waiting for years to get one. The features and price were very appealing vs the other spas on display. We opted for a pre build vs custom because they could get it to us sooner. The (very nice) sales guy said he had a couple "on the truck right now" that they needed to sell. He said they were ready to go as long as we were okay with the color and features they already had on board. We were fine with them (the color wasn't my favorite, but it's not a huge deal). He told us that they were ready for delivery and we would get a call the next day to schedule delivery. We had a pad already in the yard, so we were ready to go. You can guess where this is going.... The next day, no call. That was followed by a weekend so no call. The Monday and Tuesday, no call. I called on Wednesday (nearly a week later). The (again nice) CSR told me that she had my order confirmed that she would contact the delivery department and I would get a call that day to schedule delivery. Guess what? No call. Or the next day. I called again today (over a week later). She apologized and said they were "really busy getting all those spas out," but she said she would again call and email to make sure I'd get a call today. That was this morning when they opened, it is currently pretty close to them closing and - you guess it, no call. I know that there are more important things to worry about, WAY more important things; but I just don't like feeling like I was sold a load of BS. We got an "already on the truck" model because we saved a little money and we wouldn't have to wait 4 weeks for delivery (it was already on the truck, remember?). We didn't get our favorite color because the 2nd choice was "already on the truck" and ready for delivery. I'm just wondering where this truck is.
