I had bought a 2014 Scion tC in April of 2017. It was quite the process and it was not a very pleasant experience being a first time buyer. I had purchased the 5 year warranty for my vehicle. In April of 2018 my car wouldn't start and I figured it was the battery but it wouldn't start with a jump. I called the dealership about my warranty info since I live out in Peoria so I can have my car towed to a dealership on the west side. I called the Earnhardt 5-6 times because I kept getting transferred to people who kept telling me wrong info. It was definitely a frustrating day when I'm at work getting my car towed and I wanted to know information about my warranty but nobody could give me an answer and actually gave me the wrong answer. You would think that someone could have simply looked me up in their computer system instead of guessing and telling me wrong information. Long story long, my car just needed a new battery but Earnhardt definitely did not make things easy for me. Definitely won't be a returning customer or recommend their business to anyone else.
