  • Staff is completely obnoxious. My friend misplaced her keys and was calling to find them and they were nothing but rude and dismissive to her. I've been a member at Planet Fitness for about 9 years off and on and in New York I never had an issue with attitudes etc from staff they were nothing but pleasant. Especially for a gym whose claim to fame is "leaving one's ego at the door" you'd think the employees would at least emulate that and take a god damn second out of their day to help a frantic young girl. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately I purchased the Black card so I have 9 more months to go with this gym after that I will not be returning.
