  • Do not come to Sami & Co. for a haircut especially if you have ethnic hair. I took my daughter for a trim and "Jessie" did a terrible job. The hair is now uneven and boxy. They refused to refund our money and could not guarantee they could fix it. The manager told us that we should go to another salon being that my daughter's hair is of curly texture. I wish they would have been honest at the beginning and admitted that they didn't know how to handle curls. I would have respected that and walked out. They seem to be wonderful for a mani/pedi but definitely not experienced for haircuts/hairstyling.
