Checked this place out a few weeks ago to see what they had to offer. Didn't have anything in particular I was looking for but the staff answered all of my questions and let me take a look at a few firearms that tickled my interest. On the way out they informed me of their upcoming Glock event which was a nice way of inviting me back. Great positive first impression.
Fast forward to a couple weeks later where I caught one of their BackPage ads with some very compelling deals. I called them up to inquire about one of their "special pricing - call for info" and spoke with Shawn. He was very professional and gave me a price that was far better than any other local dealer. I asked him to hold the firearm for 30 minutes so that I could check it out. He was more than accommodating and that same day I walked out with a brand new firearm with accessories.
Months later I've saved enough for my dream gun and due to a lapse of judgement I didn't stop by or call Precision Armory... I stopped by four different west side LGS businesses and three of them had higher than expected pricing and the other I had to make an appointment and the gun sold before I even showed up for my scheduled visit.
Precision Armory not only had the gun I wanted, but their price was lower than all of the other stores. This combined with the level of customer service I received is unusual since I could have my cake and eat it too...
So yeah - they seem to be breaking the rules since I'm more than willing to pay a little more for great customer service. But you're telling me I can have great service AND they'll have the best prices in-town? Crazy.
I'll keep this place at the top of my list for my local needs.
