  • Woke up and my ac didn't seem to be cooling. I have a 4mo old and can't have him in 100+ heat so I called Legacy on the recommendation of a friend. I called before 8am on a Monday figuring I'd be getting a hotel room for a day or two because they would be backed up but he said he would be right over...awesome! He arrived and got right to work, I figured I was gonna have to sell off some investments to pay for this $10k Job but he was completely honest and said it would only be about $150. After he put 1 1/2 pounds of refrigerant in my system it was back to working like it always had. This system is 20 years old and has never had any maintenance. I offered him a tip for coming over so fast and doing a job he could have charged me way more for but this is the way to do business and build a customer relationship, he wouldn't accept the tip. I will use Legacy Air anytime I ever have a need for my HVAC system...
