  • I relocated to Las Vegas from SW Florida. I started my apartment hunting in Feb. Of all the places I checked out, this was the perfect one for me. Yes they include water, sewer and cable into your rent, that makes it easier to me instead of 3 bills I pay one. Tianna is so wonderful to work with. She explained everything to me from the start. No surprises at all! I have been here 3 months now and can honestly say that it's not that bad to live here.....maintenance guys are GREAT always getting to me within an hour no matter what the issue was. 4 stars only because I was hoping for an updated apt and didn't get that. I recommend this as a place to live!
