  • We got all the parts we purchased home, but central vacuum did not work right (system's power wasn't engaging the way it was supposed to). Called Shawn, he scheduled someone to come out to the house the next business day. Technician (Fredo) was very friendly - had the problem fixed in minutes (bad wiring). Since it was a simple fix and I had already spent a bit of money on parts, there was no service fee for coming out! VERY pleased with the customer service - thank you A1!!
