  • James and Robbin are lifesavers. They took care of my AC issue and answered all my questions. I have been battling with Old Republic Home Warranty company for 2 years. Between their policy and some of the incompetent technicians they send out, what a waste of time and money. Needless to say, I didn't renew and I am trusting MD with my heating and cooling issues for now on. A+++
