  • Went here with my boyfriend for a full monte treatment of his brand spankin' new 2016 Honda Accord V6 Touring (it's a mouthful, yes, but an awesome car). It's an easy process - you drive up and tell them which wash you want (varying in prices depending on the level of wash). They first vacuum your car and then it's driven through an electric wash. Pros - 1. Easy, peasy. The prices and services are posted for easy reference. There's not a lot of ambiguity about what you're getting for your buck. 2. A full visual. You can basically see your car from start to finish. There's a viewing area inside the convenience store/Mexican restaurant. It's slightly hidden but once you find it, you climb a few stairs and your car is never out of sight. 3. Waiting area. Once your car gets through the wash and the hand drying starts, there's a few tables and chairs in the lobby area of the bar (the bar itself being another pro for those who imbibe, I suppose) where you can sit back and relax while your baby gets all dried off and purty. 4. Speed. Although there were probably 8 or 9 other cars there at the same time, I think from start to finish we waited 30-45 minutes. Cons - 1. Windshield guys. Yes, I know they're at every car wash but it just seems like a tired and overly played out sales ploy to me. We've had the car only 4 months but somehow he managed to find 4 (yes, FOUR!) dings in the windshield that he said needed immediate attention or they could potentially become larger dings, then a full blown crack and the entire windshield would have to be replaced. Truth of the matter? The "dings" he found were so small they were barely visible with the naked eye. My boyfriend told him politely that if he needed a magnifying glass to find a windshield ding, he wasn't going to worry about it just yet. 2. Communication. Once we picked up our car, there were a few missed spots and it was difficult to communicate that to the non-English speaking employees. We made do with hand gestures and head nodding. 3. Location. As of now, the road work on Flamingo is killer. Like seriously, it's a pain in the ass getting in and out of this place. Hopefully the DOT will get their shit together and finish the roadwork cause yeah, annoying! I'd come back here again in a heartbeat. It is what it is and you get bang for your buck. The pros far outweigh the cons and most importantly, they do a great job washing and detailing your car.
