  • I'm a ramen noob but I'm loving me some ramen right now. Big bowl of just-spicy-enough ramen delivered hot and fast. I came in about 3pm on a Tuesday. Busy but I was seated right away. Chef vaguely remembered me from a couple years ago when I photographed a new ramen dish right in his working restaurant, for his ad campaign with Las Vegas weekly magazine, a photo he also uses on his menu and that lives on my website www. stevenjosephphotography .com/food I asked to try the bowl I'd photographed. He said "very spicy, OK?" My stomach said "not OK" so I tried something mellower from the civilian section. This place is small, comfortable, cozy, but not crowded. Lots of room between seats. Again, I'm a noob, but I think this place is the real deal. The fact that I'm one of the few gringos in here suggests it is autentico. Now that I've found it again I'm bringing my family here!
