  • Back in October I was in a car accident that affected the transmission in my truck. GEICO contracted with RITEWAY to get a rebuilt transmission. The shop installe dit and it was defective, so they had it rebuilt. Reinstalled it and immediately I could tell there was still aproblem. The shift from 1st to 2nd is way too rough. "drive it for a month" they said... So I did and it is STILL a major concern. Now they say they will send it out under warranty but will not cover the cost of a rental vehicle while they do so. That is the LEAST they should do since they delivered an inferior product. Stay FAR away from this company. Should be "WRONGway" Auto Parts.
